I live in the UK. The place I live is in the middle of nowhere, and is consideres a hamlet. All we have is a pub.

I disagree with the designation of hamlet though because as far as I am aware hamlets do not have churches, but we technically have a church a mile away.

I've lived my whole life in a small town that hardly resembles a town, just houses in the woods.
It sucks having to drive half an hour to get anywhere
but it's nice to have all that empty remote woodland where you can just fap anywhere like , feelsgood

OP could move to a place with more opportunities that isn't the big city, and probably thrive more there. It's really not hard to move. Pick a place you want to move to, go on craigslist and message an apartment listing. The guy posting that listing probably has a dozen or more places he's trying to rent out. You make sure to get as much of the paperwork ready to hand off as you can before the tour of the apartments, then you get an economy airbnb nearby (you can usually find a place for 50 bucks a night). Be polite with the apartment guy, and you can probably sign the paperwork to get the lease the same day (though move in might be a little later)

As compared to me who lives in a city with not one person to hang out with and nothing to do.

Give me one thing you could do in a city you couldn't do in a small town with a short drive.
