wtf are you talking about. The forearm never breaks. If a bone is going to break while armwrestling it's the humerus and it'll be a spiral fracture and that's not common at a high level. Elite armwrestlers have enough bone density and tendon strength to prevent that sort of thing.

I went to armwrestling club for two years and competed twice. Make sure to have a strong hammer curl. A strong wrist curl. Strong fingers. Strong row. And strong turning of the hand. Its your most important muscle groups. Side pressure comes with time. Make sure to focus training on static holds or explosive power to get a head start. Doing reps will not be as effective.
Its not all, but a long forearm is gonna get you nice leverage in the top roll
