Mix these in a liter of water and sip it throughout the day. The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

No. It only occurs at extremely low body fat (8-10%).

Yes.

Artificial sweeteners and diet soda are bad for you and may fuck up your fast. Zero calorie black coffee and tea are generally considered to be fine.

Not really, since the fat you are burning contains most of the vitamins you need.

43 hours into my first Snake Juice fast, i think im gonna plan to eat just once a week until i cant burn any more fat and i get hungry one day.

I started abruptly and I'm on day 5, yesterday was fucking miserable with the headaches and shit, went out and bought gatorade propel until my snake juice components arrived this morning. Now I feel amazing and I think I'm gonna lift later, I think I can make it 14-30 days now. I also dread starting over again, which is why I only want to do this once and then stick to IF or OMAD. I didn't expect I'd last this long, but here I am and still going strong.

PSMF is absolutely miserable and leads to much greater muscle loss than just doing periods of long term fasts.

I'm feeling stronger and leaner. Good so far. Adding numbers to lifts etc. Lyle addressed it and argues for psmf. Mimics the benefits of the protein sparing affects of fasting, but also provides amino acids to prevent even more.

People should be restricting their calories on off days as well, especially if they are interested in a longer lifespan.

So I broke a week long fast yesterday and managed to put nearly all the weight back on in 1 day(close to 10 lbs). I figured for about 5 lbs of water weight not 10. This is the third one I have done and haven’t regained nearly this amount again after the first couple days. Should I just go straight into another fast immediately or will some of this come off in the next couple days? I really want to start lifting hard and eating regularly.

well I see the benefit if keep a ketogenic diet in between the fast. Your body will be forced to get the energy for the lifting far faster from the fat stores since it doesn't have anything else to use to there will be a faster keto adaption.

I'm looking for some info lads.
I'm currently doing sport 3-5x a week, and for a long time I was OMAD (not on purpose, it was just a natural thing for me) but for the last year now I eat regularly. Is it possible to do a proper fast while still training?
The reason I ask is because I'm getting my fucking ass wrecked by eczema. Shit has been the bane of my existence and flared up continuously in the last year. I suspect it's something I'm eating and I cut out gluten which worked for a while, but it just keeps coming back. I'm considering fasting as a last resort and maybe from there I could figure out what's fucking me up.
Would a 4 day fast be enough? Would I need to do it regularly? Or do I have to take time off training and go a full 10 days or something?

Some people can eat pizzas and whatnot and not feel a thing, while others like myself need to start by eating something light, maybe a few slices of watermelon or soup, otherwise my stomach gets upset and I get the shits. I supplemented with potassium and sodium.
I had nothing like a fever or rapid heart beat, only dizziness when I stood up too fast and a general very low energy feeling.

So, day 3 of eating after a 7 day fast and I have regained all the weight back. Started with just some watermelon on day 1 and had two slices of cheese pizza for lunch and a turkey dinner no gravy. Day 2 skipped breakfast had a small lunch and a steak salad for dinner. Other than one glass of milk I drank only water. What went wrong here? I’m gonna be heavier by the end of the third day then when I started the week fast. Oh and I have been lifting during and after fast.

Into 48 hours fast already and the need to eat has vanished. I also don't feel particularly bad or tired either, so that's ok. I also lift 3 times a week, and today is rest day. Should I just extend it into a 72 hours fast or will my lifts tomorrow be affected? Dyel obviously, and a fatty too though I lost many kilograms and gained quite a bit of strength.
