Any other skellies trying to escape this god awful body type? Any skellies that have already ascended? Share stories and tactics.
Me >135 lbs 5'11 when i started >not skinnyfat but not toned either because only exercise is walking around at uni/occasional resistance training >finally get tired of looking disgusting 2 months ago, start exercising 5-6 times a week to jumpstart metabolism and increase test >have a bad arm so i can't do weight training safely for a while until i get stronger, so start with simple bodyweight stuff (pushups, situps, bench dips etc) all at home because gyms scare me >start eating minimum 3 meals a day >slowly noticing changes in arm + chest size/definition, plus have abs now >starting to take vitamins + a protein supplement (whey isolate bc lactose intolerant) >getting into pullups >have put on 4 lbs in 2 months fuck bros i just want to not hate myself when i look in the mirror
sometimes not at all but usually a meal a day depends if i forget or can't be bothered

every asshole and his mother goes to the gym these days, skelly aesthetic is gonna make a comeback. hell i'm skinnyfat right now and trying to get down to skellymode.
Joshua Foster
thats no bueno my guy. if you don't care that's one thing and i understand, but if you don't want to be a skelly anymore you definitely need to stick to an eating schedule
there are girls who are into skellies but they're few and far between. if you just want chicks you can have them, but honestly your body is for you. i personally hate being skinny and feeling weaker than everyone i see, so i want to change that. though a word of warning, if you do go skellymode for girls make sure that you can at the very least lift her up.

>every asshole and his mother goes to the gym these days, skelly aesthetic is gonna make a comeback. this. it'll be really easy soon for us to slip between all the meat bags and steal the women

i'm sure you're not nearly as dumb as you think you are. when i used to eat once a day, it was because i was never hungry because i didn't do anything but play gaymes all day. when i started exercising, it was to force my metabolism up and make me hungrier so that i could, in turn, eat more. maybe if you start with light exercise, the same thing will happen for you. building good habits is super difficult, so it's easier if you use your body's natural mechanisms to assist you. if it's any incentive, at 6'1 if you started trying you could develop a killer physique.

>tfw 6'1" >tfw malnourished during pregnancy, all through childhood, and beginning of adult life >tfw body is fucked
Brandon Garcia
dude my arm is permanetly dislocated; i can never do any heavy lifting at risk of permanent injury and i'm still at it. as long as you don't have any organ damage, you can make it i promise.
Michael Perry
>as long as you don't have any organ damage >malnourished during pregnancy, all through childhood, and beginning of adult life
Austin Green
do you have organ damage from being malnourished?
Adrian Hernandez
yes user, i do. that was what i was implying with the malnourished comment and also the one about my body being fucked.
Chase Foster
>dude my arm is permanetly dislocated; i can never do any heavy lifting at risk of permanent injury and i'm still at it.
God dammit, I have no fucking excuse. That's it, I have to keep going. Good luck skelly brothers.
well that's what i figured but you weren't specific in your reply so i wasn't sure. do you know how bad it is? like from a doctor or something?
it's not as bad as it sounds; the smaller of the 2 bones in my forearm is dislodged so the angle of rotation is fucked and certain movements are risky, but for the most part it's entirely usable. I can never bench heavy or anything like that but my body is asymmetric since the arm is weaker.
Xavier Miller
Nice trips. That still sounds like the kind of inconvenience that most people would use as an excuse to give up, myself included. Fair play man, I wish you the best.
