Do triceps long head exercises

this - try some overhead cable rope extensions and realize how weak that muscle is. once you develop it with overhead extensions you’ll be able to activate it and feel it more with things like skull crushers and push downs

This personally helped in my tricep development over head extensions really did the trick, try them out op
