I'm 6'0 165 and my lifts are: >bench: 140 from 80 >press: 100 from 45 >pendlay row: 145 from idk >diddly: 225 from 130 >squat: 195 from ~90 I know these are pathetic and according to the chart I haven't even hit intermediate for my height/weight age. While I don't get ALL the leg workout I would need from my job, I do get a lot and my arms are weak as fuck. Should/how can I adopt this to be mostly arms? Today I tried subbing squats for curls but I obviously don't have enough data to say that's a good idea.
Is making a grill super wet when I'm dicking her a good indicator of how horny she is? Should I eat more protein if I jerk off a lot? MFP recommends protein be 20% of my diet (I think with 50% carb/30% fats. I'm eating more like 33/33/33. But I jerk off every single day, usually more than once. Some days I slam the ham more than five times.

Would doing a back extension/decline crunch superset 2x8 after Day A on my Stronglifts program and a bicep curl/skullcrusher superset 2x8 after Day B be ok? Would 2x8 be enough?

widen stance more if you feel like you are folding in half, do some hip mobility work, and work on ankle dorsiflexion. Your squat is stopping just above parallel by what looks like two or so inches. If lower back is hurting you need to brace your core more. Having more intra-abdominal/thoracic pressure is what takes the load off your spinae erector by bringing it into the joint action and not having them work as hard by themselves. Try also squeezing your ass super fucking hard during deads to bring them into the pull and not your lumbar area, I'm talking like you're worried some donkey dicked motherfucker is out to buttfuck your soul.

cut and get to a good bodyfat% and then change your programming up to see progression again. Crunching will hurt your back more than help if you are doing that during your regular work load. The extensions will help however.

The bar seems to be getting out in front of you. Make sure you set the bar over mid foot. Get into position and bring your chest up to get some extension in the low back and then squeeze them booty cheeks and drive hips through. Think that the deadlift is a leg press.
