I been powerlifting for almost a year. My deadlift is 425 lb My squat is 500 Ib My stand press is 210 lb And my bench is 225 lb
My my lifts are going up in a satisfying rates however my body fat is barley going down. I'm planning to significantly to lower my caloric count but don't want to lose strength and mass.
My current weight is 260 Ib and want to cut to 200 Ib. I never used roids before, not exactly sure how to properly cycle and to PCT.
My concerns are the side effects and my test counts.

You can not run an Anavar cycle without a testosterone base. I don't even understand how you retards even come up with these ideas. Let me explain why this doesn't work.
You already have a super anabolic and androgenic hormone in your body being naturally produced. It's called testosterone. When you start taking Anavar, your body suppresses your own production and you end up replacing the testosterone with this anavar/oxandrolone. There is no net gain in anabolism....and now you have to deal with recovering from suppression.
