Who here actually takes the time to not only meal plan but make something delicious?
Pic related is less than 1,500 calories total.
Whats your excuse for only eating chicken and rice flavored with d*ck 7 days a week?

Dont have time to make gourmet bullshit everyday
So do what I do and make 7 days worth of meals to freeze or store in fridge. This literally took me 2 hours of work on a day off. That's on top of working 5 days a week full time and raising a 2 year old.
This shit is easy.
I guess if you want to eat week old left overs. Sounds super tasty
There's also all the time spent finding healthy recipes that dont wind up tasting like ass
Then don't "find recipes", make them. I throw whatever I want together, and it alwaystastes good. Just measure that shit for cals and you're good, and make sure to spread out what you use.
I do IIFYM and its working swell for me.
Last night I unironically had the Boomer special of Chicken and Broccoli. That's probably the cleanest I've eaten since starting my cut
i eat rice with either beef or eggs and some sort of vegetable 4-5 times a day. It's cheap, it's easy and it'll get me far.
>eating 1500 calories in 3 tiny meals
>not intermittent fasting so you can actually enjoy a full meal
>bread
>pasta
>white rice
>babby's first meal prep
I meal prep too, but I make delicious feasts for myself to enjoy at the end of every day. You're spending way too much time to make these. If they taste that good, their tiny portions only make them even more unsatisfying. I can guarantee you've just started doing this recently, because no one does shit like this for more than a few weeks without getting tired of it.
Honestly I have days where I OMAD and other days where it is split into 2 meals depending on my hunger for the day.
Chicken with rice and broccoli is significantly better than that shit you're posting.
>eating reheated food
user...
>eating food u/ur gf planned and packed and you remember it while eating
Are you trying to go for skeleton mode or wtf is this, the portion on the top is not even close to enough food and im a skinny manlet LMAO
>3 cucumber slices
Fatties gonna fat.
Sorry op, looks like the classic Jow Forums scumbags have thoroughly derailed your post about tasty meal prepping to a thread about calories. These guys on here are worse than /b/.
Btw I do the same thing as you, just cause you want to eat healthy doesn't mean you can't make different things.
you've got yourself maybe 60g of protein there
good luck OP
>3 slices of cucumber
GOTTA EAT BIG TO GET BIG
I’d rather make something big and cheap and idc if it’s not mind blowing every time. It’s energy I need to live. I usually make 2 different meals and eat that during the week along with shakes. I switch the meals up though sometimes I’ll eat the same thing for weeks on end fuck it I’ve been making turkey chili over pasta for a while now, easy cheap cals
>tasty meal prepping
this isnt /ck/ you faggot
>I'm so fit and hardcore that I can't hit calories, macros, and enjoy what I eat
Anyone have a 40/30/30 prep plan? I literally don't care about eating chicken and rice, I just keep getting trapped in a shopping list vortex and I just want Mon-Fri to be as simple as possible.
>week old
that's why it looks dry as fuck - also, why bother with under 1500 calories? some of those are actually dinky as hell, i don't even know what that middle one is supposed to be; 3 slices of cucumber, like, a handful of sauteed onions (??) literally maybe 2 grams of meat and some rice, breakfast game is weak too and that tomato sauce with the crumbs in the top one looks foul and cold
sorry breh
Thread killing roast
holy mother of carbs batman
Harsh but fair
If I end up making something to last a week it's usually stew/soup type of dish. Pea soup, slow-cooked meat, etc. Both to easily make in bulk and so it doesn't dry out; just add some water if needed when reheating and can reheat in a pot rather than microwave.
Also,
>Putting toast in your meal prep to last a week
I do mean well OP, but I keep getting black out drunk chugging mouthwash to worry about any actual food I shove into my disgusting maw
underrated
and checked, bruh
Looks like boring bland shit.
Not nearly enough veggies either.
1) lol plastic containers. Enjoy having sons with underdeveloped genitalia
2) I bulk cook time consuming shit and then throw it together with easy stuff daily because I enjoy cooking
3) your chicken looks dryer than old man balls
The GOAT meal prep thing i've found that's cheap and keeps well so it doesnt taste like shit left overs is seasoned broccoli (just use any mixture of spices you want) and a sort of curry chicken but without the calorie dense cream. Yeah it's the same stuff over and over but it tastes good. If bulking add rice. Idk how people legit eat unseasoned chick and plain rice. Unseasoned chicken is nasty brah.
jesus christ are you 120lbs
i could eat all of that for one meal
