I actually think you have a good point here, but I'd prefer to take this from an authoritarian angle.
You see, cucks are allowed to keep women because they're financially secure. But that implies that cucks on average have SOME good genes.
Thus the state should decide who gets to procreate. They should display good genes in at least one area, or at least not outright bad ones. High IQ? Congrats. Extremely athletic? Bravo. Big dick? Cheers.
