I can vouch for this. Tried Keto for a few months and my libido hit the floor. Call me crazy but I would swear it made my dick smaller aswell. Im off it now and I'm back to normal.

This is actually true, at least for the first couple months or so, and I'm saying this as someone who still recommends keto. This is why you don't do keto forever. You do it to break carb addictions and gain some fat adaptation. Recommend it to my fatass "2 liter of Dew" type friends.

What do you move to after ending carb addiction? I don't want to eat a shitload of grains again and obviously no sugar.

I'm definitely not the best person to ask because after getting shredded on keto, I doubled down on my shitty habits while not processing my dad's leukemia combined with my solitude and heavy drinking while traveling for work. I'm currently in the process of trying to make up for lost time.

But if it were me today, id just go to one meal a day and vary the carbs based on how hard I've been training. But me personally when I do one meal a day I maintain regardless of what I'm eating when coupled with 12 hours of manual labor. I'm just going to be more meticulous about weighing daily and never letting my pants get snug. I'm not a body builder so I have no interest in obsessing over macros.

weight loss = caloric deficit = low energy by definition

you're gonna feel low energy on a caloric deficit. the specific diet shouldn't matter that much.
