How far below my TDEE can I go while on a cut?
>current TDEE around 2700
>eating around 1600-1700 kcal/day
>180g protein every day
I run and lift 4 times/week. Am I going too low on the calories?

Bumping because I'm curious too
Bumping because he bumped too
how long have you been doing this? Most experience shows that with such a high deficit you're gona give in more to cravings.
I'd limit it to between 500-700 calories
Bumping because this is a legit question
bumping because everyone is bumping
bump bump bump
Are you getting stronger? If not, eat more
I didn't know you could increase your lifts while on a cut. I'm noticing a change in body composition after nearly a month but I'm not sure if there are any negative side effects from going too hard on the calorie cutting
500 to maximize muscle retention
[your current TDEE] to maximize weight/fat loss
I've been 260 lbs in the past and am now down to 165. At this point I'm just trying to get my bf% down to get visible abs and have a good baseline for the winter when I start bulking. I'm very good at counting calories and resisting cravings as I have had experience/success with it
Thanks user I will keep this in mind
I started at 5'11" 235.
I'm down to 210 after two months of eating an average of 2000-2200 a day with binge drinking.
Haven't lost any strength either.
The drinking was tough for me in the past but if you can cut out the booze it can really make a difference in your progress
Bumping again desu senpai

Anywhere from 500-800 below TDEE. Intermittent fasting while in a caloric deficit works pretty well.
20%, any lower and you risk losing muscle mass
