Never understood the appeal of Behemoth but I enjoy every interview with Nergal.
Actually lifted to this last weekend.
Lately I've been working out to fag metal bands like Arch Enemy and some Metallica. Metallica has so many great pump songs and soooo many shitty ones as well.
Also bought into Jow Forums meme and doing pull ups to 50 cent.

this was meant for this boomer Although it could also apply to everyone in this thread

Oh look my ex gf favorite bands

no one cares

This might be weird to you but during my trip to the gym I listen to youtube.com/watch?v=z_JgOlGq6i4 on repeat, there's a looped version on youtube, there's something very primordial about it with the Mongolian throat singing, I use it to meditate on my way trough the gym, it's like a dark zen because somehow it pumps me the fuck up.

Also I have an an hour mix of bhudist throat singing and Tibetan mantras that have a few peaks and lows in the mix for example:youtube.com/watch?v=GslzWvQRiJg starts off with percussion and then the throat singing comes one, then it peaks at around 8.40, for some reason it's fucking orgasmic, better than metal or edm, there must be something to it, it's so primordial I feel like Bronze Age mantis hitting a new PR deadlift while reaching a peak.

FUCK!
