I really want to DL at my gym but I'm self conscious of my form. So I don't. Same with squatting. It comes two fold. One I am older and don't want to hurt myself. And two I don't want to look like a retard. Problem is I'm overweight. 6'1 at 240 lbs. I am strong from being blue collar but my belly may get in the way.
