the k2 in milk is pathetic, it has too much calcium, even the vitamin D isn't all that special considering the overdose of calcium it has, calcium fucks up your artheries, joints, and organs if taken in disproportional ammounts like it is found in milk.
vitamin K2 is only found in high ammounts in supplements, fermented beans/onions, and very processed sausage meats and cheeses.

I eat like 100g of protein minimum by just eating bread and pasta and eating enough calorios to not lose weight.
I don't think you could even eat that little protein if you tried, even rice technically has more protein than that if you eat enough rice to maintain weight.
