What is your cardio fitness level?

I'm on the far right end of the "fair" category but I'm also 220 lbs at 5'11" and around 25% bodyfat so take that with a grain of salt. Just starting to get Jow Forums and doing couch to 5k along with a PPL routine

>using a fitbit

>using a TDEE calculator and ballparking everything

>optical heart rate monitor
>not a ballpack

I agree that they're shit during actual workouts but as for just your average day to day activities they're a solid way to track what you're burning. Gotta make sure you're hitting your caloric deficit/surplus goals m8

How does this score relate to actual VO2max? Like if i know my VO2max, what's my score?

Meh. It'll do. I ain't the Jow Forumsest but I'm not something you'd find in /FPH/ either

>trusting a watches estimation of your vo2 max

I only use my Fitbit to manage my anxiety. Reminds me that the panic I feel isn't as bad as it really is.

Good feedback to see when you're able to drop heart rate down quickly.

Nevermind this is just per kilogram, in my sports we measure absolute VO2max, which is 5.5L/min for me at 90kg, thats 61 ml/kg/min just barely of the charts for 20-29.
Get on my level boys

I think mine overestimates my TDEE. According to my fitbit I am always well within my goal, sometimes by more than 2,000 calories.

I'm currently former lifter turned fat boy, so I don't know if that matters in it's calculations. Currently 256 down from 291, digi scale says like 38% bodyfat.

Fitbit says Poor to Fair for cardio.

Feels bad man.

Excellent, I run 30 miles a week.

Sorry man but if you don't have the fitbit screenshots to back it up, I'm scared to say that you're quite out of shape.

Me on the other hand... I'm about to die.

In all seriousness, if this job prospect rejects me this week I am walking out the door and buying a gym membership.

Need to get back on the ERG even for stress relief, I've done fuck all for 10 months.

>using a wrist mounted ballparking device

It's unreliable unless you go on runs with it. It used to say I was Good until I started running and it put me in Fair. Now I'm nearly back in Good again

This post is a clusterfuck. What are you trying to complain about? Your TDEE or your vo2max or both?

>,

I have a 15:30 5k so probably elite

I work in a movie theatre and I was unware of how much I walk everyday. 10,000+ days not even trying.

Also its pretty useful for tracking sleep.

I'll almost there lads

A thread died for this.
