How do I get better at push ups?
I currently do 3 sets of 7 push ups and for me it is extremely hard somehow.
I keep doing it for the week already but it is still hard. I don't feel like I have any progress with it.
When I reach last set I fuck up my form and it looks bad.
I am confused.
Shouldn't it become easier already?

You won't notice any strength changes until the first month (if you do them everyday, it may happen a little earlier) so just keep hammering bud, you can always google how to maintain a good push up form if that becomes a mayor nuisance

1)You should do 4 sets of each exercise not 3.
2)The higher your muscle to fat ratio is , the easier it would get , so if your overweight , its obviously gonna be a lot harder for you to do each push up and there is no shame in being unable to do many.
For example I do 14 push ups per set X 4 and I do 2 different types of push ups so I basically do 112 push ups(14*4*2 = 112) , and now I think its kinda easy and I would probably make it 16 per set soon. When I first started training doing 3 sets of 10 push ups was hard , so as you can see eventually you will get better just like I did.
