Doing Bulgarian for front squats, first week went smoothly with great gains, not just strength but technique/form too

because it's sunny outside and some of us want to find that elusive gf outside

How does this sound for weekly squat vol

Tues: squat 8x2-3, backoff 2x8
Fri: front squat 6x3-4, backoff 2x5-8
Sun: pause variant, 6x2-3

choose 2 from belt squat/goblet squat/split squat/step-ups each week, 4-5x10

I don't tend to respond as well to higher volume. Have done high frequency high intensity before with good results but want to take this a little slower and focus on BB

What's the point of doing high volume goblet or split squats? Totally pointless

they make my knees feel good
