B1. I'm really starting to hate my body. I used to be a hardcore A1 because adderall fucked my diet up. Then I turned 30 and I put on weight just by being alive. It's at a point where my gut/hips are wider than my chest/back. I'm about to hit the gym just out of sheer vanity because every time I look at myself in a shirt I just hate the shape of my torso. I just have no tits, back, or shoulders and its shows.

I was in your place once. Mass gainers work if you're busy, but eating more food and counting calories would be more beneficial for you. Also, I did 1g of protein per lb. of bw. I think I started eating 2600 calories a day when I started; now its like 3200. I decided to stop at 170 lbs for now because of MMA. Boxing is also cardio heavy, so that might be why you're having a hard time increasing in weight.
