I'm really disappointed because I was stalling on it so I moved back to Starting Strength to make sure my form was good and I was maximizing the movement. The biggest tip is to squeeze the fuck out of the bar. Anyway, the blacks at my gym are actually alright. They blare music on their speakers but it's a lot better than listening to Ariana grande for the fifth time in a day. It's one of the only places where I'm actually fine with them. Or like back in high school on sports teams. For whatever reason that stuff makes them really concentrate and act disciplined.
