>people used to think I was smart back when I was dyel >fit and now people think I'm a retard
It annoys me because people that are obviously dumber than me start acting like I'm a dumbass now. Little do they know I'm nerdy and weird but just started working out and have muscles now.
Maybe it was because I was fat before, but people definitely think I am smarter now and respect my opinion more in general after getting Jow Forums.
Blake Gonzalez
What's better, being smart or being considered smart?
Caleb Murphy
I'd like to not be considered dumb
Jaxson Harris
I used to be able to enjoy what I eat, now I worry about getting enough protein without eating too many calories
Andrew Phillips
I thought people would be mad and jealous and treat me like I'm stupid like OP described, but I'm fit and handsome and actually everyone is really nice and friendly to me. When I go out, I am THE MAN.
Anthony Sanchez
Op here. I definitely get treated better. People just automatically think my opinion on topic is lesser than their because they see me as a gymrat
Noah Hughes
this is not a problem in my point of view. Now nobody expects anything from you. you can just say fuck it and not give a shit or surprise everyone by actually turning out to be really thoughtful and smart. either way you win
Jeremiah Martinez
muscular, smart and a massive faggot
Cameron Peterson
I feel like everyone online thinks that they're smart.
Maybe you're just a dumbass, OP.
def a faggot
Nicholas Bailey
This post was about others immediate perception of myself before and after getting fit. The reality is night and day. The trade offs being that I get the halo effect but get lumped into the dummy category. I dont claim to be that smart but I would say I would be a person that you would want to be paired with for a group project.

>Girlfriends eye hot dudes, watch porn, otherwise make me feel inadequate. >Self-esteem shattered after several in a row cheat on me. >Find discipline in my depression, lift with purpose, go to school, make lots of money. >Only women who aren't intimidated by me are filthy bimbos. >Just want a loyal qt3.14.
I'm a lot happier with where I'm at, but status attracts unsavory types.
Also, I had your problem op, but I just switched back from contacts to glasses and it went away. Fucking glasses, man.
then you are unironically dumb use the stealth you have been given to your advantage you whiny twat
Julian Cruz
No you're stupid and so is your fat ugly mother
Alexander Reed
I was too.
It's hard to find fashionable men's glasses. I only do it once in a while to remind people I'm not a musclebound tard.
Connor Myers
Ill keep it in mind

Slightly related, blogpost incoming. I’m a 6’1” and very strong, almost criminal looking Puerto Rican. Way back when Apple’s Siri was still new, I saw this short, nerdy looking white guy on the train getting frustrated that Siri was taking too long to respond to his voice command. I told him we just underground so there’s no signal. He tried to coolly explain to me that he wasn’t doing anything that involved internet usage so that shouldn’t be the case. I explained to him that most of Siri’s processing is probably done Apple’s servers because if it was done on the phone, the battery would lose charge ridiculously fast and the phone would probably overheat.
His reaction was priceless.

what makes you think people consider you a dumbass now? maybe it's just your autism tricking you? greentext some stories
Hunter Thomas
Go rimless. I don't care much for the huge thick rimmed trend at all. Check out lindberg if you feel like spending money, zennioptical if you're cheap. Also contacts are pretty good now
I'm probably the least caring about status possible, and I really don't bother to sound like I have half a brain. So this naturally causes people I don't know very well to assume I'm stupid because of the work I do and the activities I enjoy. Kind of annoying because the reasoning behind my choices are the complete opposite to what they think. >firmly against feminism, race equality >firmly against accruing debt, and college >firmly against working for jewish entities >firmly against sacrificing physical fitness for additional money and loss of time >firmly against government intervention of any kind
