Cut it out for 2 weeks see how you feel, I drink quite a lot of Pepsi Max and sparkling flavoured water, obviously if you drink too much too fast you'll feel bloated but otherwise I haven't noticed much difference diet wise, If anything I find it helps me control my appetite, just take care of your teeth.
Just drink a regular Mexican coke imbecile, but don't drink it everyday, I have some sweets maybe 2 to 3 times per month when I'm feeling like it, and it's generally some good quality milk chocolate or some homemade pie.
