Sure thing, Dad. It's good to bond with you over an activity that doesn't require intense emotional disclosure, but still allows us to affirm who we are. I love my Grandma, and I understand that as she gets older she needs my help. She'll probably make me some snacks later; I'll feel a little conflicted about eating them, because right now I use exercise as a way to deal with some of the things that I'm going through. But I'll eat them for Grandma because when she's gone I'll never get her back.
