I guess that it helps that the average person isn't aiming for Jow Forums levels of protein. Some ~50g of protons is enough to prevent malnourishment but to GET BIG I'm aiming for ~140g So the average person can throw in some cheese and get a good protein percentage but if I wanted to get a significant percentage of protein I'd wreck my fats quickly
