Why is cheese getting so little love here brehs...

Why is cheese getting so little love here brehs? 100g of parmesan is literally made out of a third of protons plus all the goodness of milk.

Its not fait that cluckers and tubs of PB get love but this doesn't.

Thank you for the gains bulking triangle praise be upon you

le 56% can't into dairy

Dont forget all the electrons and neutrons. Make sure to have a good balance of up and down quarks and a good spin value.

I like cheese, I even bought parmesan today, but it's expensive where I live at least.

>literally the largest consumer of dairy products in the world is America
Okay.

What is per capita?

I'm only into Latin american cheese, every other cheese is shit tier

And yet the most common way to buy mozzarella is not swimming in whey, shredded and with added flour.

The only fucking thing you faggots are the biggest consumers of is convenience.

>100g parmesan
>17g saturated fat (85% daily value)
gee i wonder why

>fat is bad

It is bad in excess, and 85% in some cheese is not manageable in a normal day

Fucking love cheese but its just so expensive.

>The only fucking thing you faggots are the biggest consumers of is convenience.

We invented convenience. We invented everything.

do you just sit down and eat 100g of parmesan, wtf

just go low carbs hahaha lmao fats are fine

I was talking about proportions, parmesan has too much saturated fat to be a significant input of protein in your diet
Those 100g are only 38g of protein while having 85% of your daily saturated fat
Eat in moderation, IIFYM yadda yadda

Daily values are calculated on average people

How do i adapt that for a Jow Forumsizen then?

Five blocks of cheese C'MON

>We invented everything.
I don't recall america being England.

Cholesterol deficient people ITT

>being this new

I'm guessing it adds up, I googled cheese consumption per capita and they argued that in colder climates cheese was eaten more often because if the protein. How much cheese in average per week though? depending on what im cooking, I usually go through 500g of cheese a week.

I guess that it helps that the average person isn't aiming for Jow Forums levels of protein. Some ~50g of protons is enough to prevent malnourishment but to GET BIG I'm aiming for ~140g
So the average person can throw in some cheese and get a good protein percentage but if I wanted to get a significant percentage of protein I'd wreck my fats quickly

>swimming in whey

polyunsaturated fats are poison, faggot

saturated fat is king

>Melted cheese
Kek we know

You can eat as much saturated fat as you want with no ill effects as long as you don't get fat.

lol @ this retard

There isnt a single day i dont eat chesee during my cut, i ate 50-100 g depdns of the day which are 10-20 proteins and 15-30 fats which are great
