How many pounds can you hit for 5 reps?

your form is probably bad (it's what they tell me)

92.5kg / 204 lbs

My form is pretty decent. Maybe I should start using leg drive?

Just how bad is your diet and sleep schedule?

215kg x 5 DL
93kg x 5 Bench

give up on the natty dream
>implying anyone with a 100kg+ bench is natty

what does "pretty decent" mean? anyone with bad form will probably say it's decent. schadenfraude and all that.

how much do you weigh? are you bulking? presses are generally the first thing you to go when you're cutting

if you don't have absolute trash genetics/diet/program you can bench 100kg in 6-12 months

creatine

kys retard

>you can bench 100kg in 6-12 months
TECHNICALLY this is possible but even fucking Blaha says that people are too scared to lose aesthetics to gain strength. You can bench 2pl8s in a year but you will have to simply get fat.

if you bloatmaxx maybe you can reach a 140kg bench in a year, i'm talking about regular guys

>i'm talking about regular guys
same here, any regular guy can hit 2pl8s BUT you have to increase your body weight and since you can't add more muscles you have to simply get fat. Anyone who ever gained weight fast knows that bench goes up as your bodyweight goes up. But nobody in right mind joins the gym to get fat.

so my 62kg 4x4 isnt that bad?

it's not bad, i'm sure one day you'll reach the elite-level bench of 100 kg

following my routine i could hit 100 in 8weeks pray for me

go for it user. you can do it. 140kg in 16 weeks

>added 0 kg to my bench in 3 years

That's acceptable if you're bench is already very strong.
