Why don't you have a altitude tent yet?

You could be sleeping at 50,000 feet and getting monstrous gains in your sleep.

Just so you know, OP, this site tracks how many posters are in a thread.

I guess its like talking altitude mask training to the extreme. You can improve your oxygen utilization.

I follow a runner on youtube that used this. He developed a heart problem around the same time so I wont be doing that.

There are less expensive ways to provoke a divorce, Adrian.

Those altitude masks are garbage; increasing the mechanical effort of breathing is not the same as adapting to low oxygen atmosphere. The only benefit is the intercostal muscle gains if you wear it an incredibly long time.

>sleeping at 50,000 feet

yeah cause Everest is only like 29 and those pussies need oxygen to get to the top.

Do airline pilots wear masks? No, the answer is no.

That's a great idea. Has anyone depressurized their whole house like Goku?

yeah cause the cabin totally isnt pressurized

You either need to train high and recover low, or stay high all the time. Depriving yourself of oxygen during sleep really only kills your recovery.

fuck

>He never slept in the Stratosphere

Never gonna make it.

>being so new he doesn't know this isn't the case
first reply will make 2 posters in the thread

2/10 your trolling is boring

Go annoy the fagots with the feel and PUA threads. Altitude training is a potentially interesting topic.

Fuck op. Faraday cages are where the gains are.

>thinking less oxygen means more gains
Man, I wish there was a gym that pumped 50% oxygen air.
