One more high volume day for each lift, then a day where you work up to heavy fives, then heavy threes, then a heavy single, then either a very light day (like 60% max just to keep in the swing of things. Focus on FORM this day) or the meet itself.

Depending on how much time you have, consider cutting out one of those middle max days. So just do heavy 5s and heavy singles, or heavy 3s and heavy singles.
