Were you so unhappy with yourself prior to receiving this result? Test isn't the only thing that determines how someone looks or feels. I'd also recommend redoing the test sometime soon just to rule out that result being a fluke. I know for myself a few months ago I tested under perfect conditions and got 9.3nmol/L. Retested twice same conditions not a couple days later and got 21.3 and 23.8. Also I'd still say take a vitd3 supplement even if you get enough sun. And don't do fish or red meat, do both.

And this was before I started supplementing. So my zinc and magnesium are probably much higher now, and SHBG probably lower due to increased boron, yet I still haven't noticed any difference, been supplementing over a month

You could try going to every doctor in driving distance to see if one might give you trt. Some might be more inclined if you exaggerate symptoms of low T to them. Stuff like low motivation, foggy mind, etc. If you mention stuff like making less gainz or not getting women they will be inclined to think you're doing it out of vanity instead of a medical necessity. Stress that you can't live your life properly without a higher t level but do it in a subtle way. That might get you trt. Say you did the blood tests because you were so concerned about your lack of motivation and concentrative ability. One doctor might take pity and give you trt.

I should just say I'm FtM, gib me test. I'm in Canada so they can't discriminate
