Need advice on the best sort of diet to eat to maintain some sort of muscle mass whilst not becoming a fat cunt.

- bonus points for anyone who can give me workouts as well.

would love to be able to still go to the gym but can't get there.

I do have a set of 15kg dumbbells that im gonna use as much as possible. Sounds stupid but its still quite hard to do these sorts of exercises without bottom half stability (when you're not used to it).

Have a torn hamstring, upper tendon tear. Can't bear any weight standing or sitting. Am tall, so 3k Cal is my maintenance, 30:40:30 p:c:f cal ratio.

Ive got about 7 exercises I can do w/o hurting hamstring. Lifting EOD, alternating my main strength lift between pull up variation and bench variation. Then throwing in as many accessories as I can. Good luck
