Zyzz , one who truly inspired me to start lifting when i think about it . I've always wanted to be a festival king , like he was... I will more than likely not even get close to his level , but hey - he at least introduced me to one good habit i still have to this day .

I actually cried when I heard Rich Piana died. I own a couple rental properties because of him. I've got a partly slipped disc in my back I'm trying to deal with and he was my motivation to do PT every week and heal up.
