Be more effective. Women all want the same thing: effectiveness. If you want the kind of girl that wants one night stands, get effective in that department. If you want a gold digger, get rich. If you want a woman who wants reliable dad type, be that. That last one means having a solid job, being in decent but not aesthetic shape, setting up "future plan" investments like working towards a house, and having some personal projects you work on that display ingenuity or creativity and hard work for long-term reward. In my experience they prefer to have more text interaction than in person.

I use a few diff kinds. Nothing crazy expensive but a few $50-120 and a few you can get at a target or sams club for cheap and those few get just as much compliments.
