I am a 117 lb skinny fat girl, trying to cut. I need to eat about 1300 calories in a day and somehow manage to eat about 120 grams of protein??
How the fuck is that possible within that calorie limit?

Whey, fish, chicken breast. A serving of these easily has around 20+g of protein for around 200 ish calories. Less if you get good whey powder. 1300 is low for someone who works out. You should be at like 1700 if you lift and want to gain muscle. I don't know your height so it's just a guess.

I'm not going to read this clusterfuck of the thread but you do not need 120 grams of protein. There's no proven benefit after about .74 grams of protein per pound of body weight, which is 86 and most research shows no benefit after .64, which would be 76 grams.

Actually no benefit after .82 grams.*

Still. Just aim for .64 while dieting and you'll be fine.

There's no number because eventually you'll become used to any body weight squat and you will gain little muscle from it. Start with basic squats. Work your way up to something like 5 sets of 12, move onto rear elevated squats, then move onto weighted squats. Don't bother with pistol squats, shrimp squats, or any of that dumb body weight only shit that doesn't work. Lower body is where body weight only training falls apart.

Check out Strong Curves for a woman weight lifting program, although your ass already seems pretty big so you may be happy with the little muscle gain you can get from body weight training or something like short distance running.

Honey I hate to tell you this but you ain't about to lose that weird pear body by cutting.
Best option is to get into power lifting and fill in those legs and arms.

80g whey isolate = 70g proton 300kcal

thats 115g proton and 520kcal. im sure you will manage to get the other 5g with the other 780kcal you still have left. how the fuck is this hard? why cant you think of this yourself? there are plenty of other options I could list but wont.

Beans, mushrooms, spinach and low fat yogurt or cheese would also get you above your protein target while under your calorie goal. If you feel sick after eating that much protein try spacing your meals out more.
