whos still in? who relapsed and is back on the kike juice?
who quit the jew brew? who here fell for the preworkout meme? who realised that once you are addicted you take a preworkout just to perform like you normally would and you are just fighting withdrawals?
Important: im talking strictly about the caffeine, yes coffee does have some antioxidants but so does decaff.
addicts often come up with meme studies financed by cocacola and jews to defend their junk because they cant quit.
meanwhile the cold hard truth:
>Withdrawal occurs at dosages as low as 100 mg/day. That’s just one typical cup of coffee. One study (Field et al., 2003) even found that abstaining from just 41 mg/day for 30 hours decreased blood flow to some parts of the brain by 19-32%. The most common withdrawal symptoms are headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and foggy/not clearheaded-ness. Withdrawal is much, much more common than most people think. Many people just assume legal drugs are perfectly safe and only associate withdrawal with illegal drugs, even though there is practically no relation between the toxicity and addictiveness of drugs and their legal status, but caffeine withdrawal is extremely common. In fact, many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal. If your training sessions are notably poorer without stimulants, you may very well be in withdrawal. Withdrawal also causes muscle stiffness and weakness. (Juliano & Griffiths, 2004).
The Truth: You become addicted to caffeine quickly, and soon you are drinking coffee to cure withdrawal more than for stimulation.
>The truth is, once you’ve been drinking coffee for a while, the feeling you are getting after a cup isn’t the difference between the normal you and the super you, it’s the difference between the addict before and after a fix.
“The take home is that regular use of caffeine produces no benefit to alertness, energy, or function. Regular caffeine users are simply staving off caffeine withdrawal with every dose – using caffeine just to return them to their baseline. This makes caffeine a net negative for alertness, or neutral at best if use is regular enough to avoid any withdrawal.”
>"many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal."
inb4 coca cola kike funded studies.
this book goes into detail how every single study is absolute trash. coffee is the worlds 2nd most traded good right next to oil. just lol if you think there is no bs involved.
>funded by cocacola & nestle fuck off doc. goldstein. go drink decaff if you wanna fall for some meme health benefits from antioxidants or simply eat a pomegranate with 100x more and non shit tier taste you fucking jew.
also >Historian Elliott Horowitz has documented that devout Jews appreciated the caffeine in the new drink’s stimulating quality, allowing scholars to stay up at night in order to study Torah.
>Jewish Coffee Houses
As coffee drinking reached Europe, it was Jewish merchants who often brought the beverage to new cities. The first coffee house in Europe was opened in 1632 in Livorno, Italy, by a Jewish merchant. England’s first coffee house was the Angel Inn in Oxford, opened in 1650 by an immigrant from Lebanon who was known as “Jacob the Jew”. Four years later, a Jew named Cirques Jobson opened a second Oxford coffee house, the Queen’s Lane Coffee House, the oldest still-running coffee house anywhere in the world.
James Perez
>Jewish merchants You know who Jewish merchants hung out with? Gypsies. What happens when people travel around a lot and buy goods around the world?
KYS anti-semite.
> Jews appreciated the caffeine in the new drink’s stimulating quality, allowing scholars to stay up at night in order to study Torah.
Turks brought coffee into the Vatican too, Pope John Paul II was an AVID coffee drinker. Good job cherry-picking information you piece of shit.
no when I was preparing my thesis I used to drink 1 big cup in the morning 2 small in the afternoon and 1 big cup at night, I thought it was good until I stopped it and noticed that my concentration increased and became much better
>that feel when never been much into coffee I don't get people that go crazy about it. Why not just take caffeine pills or something?

You know there might have been some merit to this thread but since you're such a totally insufferable cunt tossing out racist and bigoted remarks all over the place I'll just skip your shitty thread entirely because if you were in front of me I'd punch you in the face until it looked like bloody hamburger, faggots like you ruin everything.
been sick for the last 5 days and didnt drink a single coffee. i think i'm now addicted to tea though.
Wyatt Davis
hows it going user?
Colton Adams
are you memeing user? i am so dont take it serious you faggot. i love you shlomo too
Jace Taylor
After 8 years i quit coffee about 2 months ago and started taking caffein pills instead. Ultimately my goal is to stop taking that as well. I drank some coffee a few days ago and it didn't feel like anything. I craved it, but i can say after that i don't care for it.
Carson Martinez
Good, felt good at 50 days but it really kicked into gear around day 90. Now I don't even think about it
Brayden Phillips
>Ethiopian Jews (Hebrew: יְהוּדֵי אֶתְיוֹפְּיָה: Yehudey Etyopyah; Ge'ez: የኢትዮጵያ አይሁድዊ, ye-Ityoppya Ayhudi), are Jews whose community developed and lived for centuries in the area of the Kingdom of Aksum and the Ethiopian Empire that is currently divided between the Amhara and Tigray Regions of Ethiopia and Eritrea. Most of these peoples have emigrated to Israel since the late 20th century.
Goin gold turkey tomorrow. Got my groceries, my dudeweed, and my Advil. Bring it on. Headache's only the first day anyway.
Gas the kikes, quit coffee now!
Jace Johnson
>Headache's only the first day anyway. Who told you this? It's wrong. Day 1 is easy, headaches get worse around day 3.
Nicholas Martinez
Christianity is kikeish af anyway.
Listen to Nietzsche: no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, no moraline. Poison yourself to make life bearable? Fuck that! Become strong or perish!
Jace Sullivan
In my cold turkey quit attempts, the headache comes on in the afternoon of day 1 and disappears after I sleep. It's the lethargy that hits hard on subsequent days. I think it's because on morning #1 I'm still slightly caffeinated.
Anyway I've given up on weaning because it's harder to say no to the second cup than the first. Almost eleven years this bean has owned me. So ready to defeat the bastard
Aaron Cooper
no coffee since about march. i feel like i'm high all the time, only need about 6 hours of sleep to function highly when before i couldnt get enough sleep
William Diaz
What is moraline
Jeremiah Richardson
Not me. Brainfog/headache like a MOTHERFUCKER on day 1, then things got easy after that.
Jonathan Sullivan
That's funny, after quitting caffeine I NEED my sleep to function. When I was relying on caffeine I could go 5 hours, but now that would wreck me. Other than that I feel great.
Kayden Baker
Okay, i am gonna quit. Been drinking this shit for 10 years now. At least 2 cups a day.
I get serious headaches if i go 2 days without, unbearable headaches. I'll quit by dropping down to 1 cup a day and then half a cup and then tea and then nothing.
But i am wondering, do any of you manage to go from addicted junkie to only drinking it occasionally?
Joshua Allen
Muh day 40 no coffee >implying it's some kind of achievement If you don't consume caffeine for the sole purpose of increasing your lifts Then don't consume caffeine faggot
>do any of you manage to go from addicted junkie to only drinking it occasionally? Just stay away, honestly. You won't even have a desire for it once you've fully gotten it out of your system. I know your mindset of, "I don't want to completely give it up," but trust me, you won't even want that rush anymore.
Noah Perry
You can't make an argument by just saying "DA JOOZ" outside of Jow Forums and expect it to be taken seriously.
But i love the occasional euphoria from the coffee
Carter Allen
Yeah i feel the same. If i sleep any less than 7 hours i'm fucked now. You don't realize how much coffee helps to pick you up when your sleep is shit.
Daniel Cox
I've never been into coffee. A glass of juice or some fruit is the best thing to perk me up in the morning. Coffee makes me feel fatigued like I just busted a nut and I have to pee too much.

I had this talk with my parents and they couldn't grasp the concept that caffeine is a drug. They just kept repeating that it's legal so how could it be a drug?

>Drinks caffeine everyday >Watches porn everyday >Eats immensely sugary food everyday >Spends his freetime doing innocuous things of no consequence
Yeah, you're not the sheep, bud.
Thomas King
How do people even like the taste of coffee? It's bitter as fuck by itself. I'll admit it can be pretty good with creme and sugar but then you get retards who drink it black and they're always elitists about it.
Jack Gomez
>Daily abusing a stimulant because it "may" have protective benefits >All of the studies linked by the articles measure acute effects, while all of them fail to take into account effects of chronic consumption >Studies all funded by associations and businesses that profit from coffee and caffeine sales Joggin muh noggin
Not really coffee related but since I started coming here and trying to make it, I've only needed 5 to 6 hours of sleep per night. Sometimes a little as 4. When before I started lifting and doing cardio I would sleep for 9-12 sometimes. I kind of assumed expending more energy would mean I'd need at least a solid 8 per night.
Lucas Richardson
>Drinks caffeine everyday Nope only once a week faggot for extremely heavy days >Watches porn everyday Porn is for niggers >>Eats immensely sugary food everyday That sounds nasty >>Spends his freetime doing innocuous things of no consequence I lift to the point of injury. >Yeah, you're not the sheep, bud. Yep.
Yes to both, absolutely. Don't fall for the "drink it earlier in the day" meme, it stays in your system long enough to disrupt sleep no matter when you drink it.
Alexander Morgan
>Virgin Nietzsche >no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, no moraline
>Chad Kierkegaard >enriching ones experience is necessary for fulfillment in life
Bro I always get the craziest dreams when I quit coffee.
Last time I dreamt I saw a Metallica concert at a dingy, low-ceilinged venue. I went into the nasty bathroom and someone was taking a dump in the urinal. Let's forget about that part.
I talked to James Hetfield after the show and he said he needed me to fill in on bass for a while and I said abso-goddamn-lutely. At some point I lost a shoe but didn't care.
I went to Arnold Schwarzenegger's house to pick out a bass guitar but his were all unplayable because they were strung with pink shoelaces so we just chilled in the backyard and talked about lifting.
Eventually James Hetfield showed up with a big Santa sack of lost shoes and gave me back mine, what a bro.
YOU could be having dreams like THAT but you insist on drinking POISON.
Regarding the pic I know this isn't /sig/ but pls no bully, it's my OC and I like it
>that picture I don't know how I survived a couple years ago when I was drinking and smoking weed/cigarettes every night. Blacking out every night and waking up feeling like I'm about to have a heart attack because my heart is pounding. Scary shit mang.
Andrew Thomas
Good man. I hit 3 weeks before my grandma had a brain stroke(?) and i fell iff the wagon. I've tossed out the coffee and tomorrow I'm having my last can of soda
Adrian James
>tomorrow I'm having my last can of soda I'm just curious and not trying to make fun of anybody. How many of you are already in pretty good shape but still struggle with overeating, drinking soda, coffee, fast food etc. vs people who are still in bad shape but just starting to make healthy choices. I'm in the latter category.
Brandon Martin
Is tea just as bad as coffe? Should I switch or quit it altogether?
Why would I quit caffeine? I don't need it to get through the day as I am fine on days I skip, I feel no crash even when using tons, and my heartbeat is fine even while drinking energy drinks. I just get some nice energy and return to normal. So why purposely avoid it?
Ethan Peterson
I've already beaten my addiction after a couple days, it's been like a week now. Social anxiety is still there but less, can wake up easier now.
So what's with me? I drink coffee like a mad man. But when I stop, I can just stop, and nothing really happens. I haven't drinked coffee in like 4 days now, because I don't want to fuck up my gut and I want to stay healthy, but I don't think I am affected by the caffeine. Maybe because I have ADD.
Benjamin Mitchell
Im feeling it too user, the realisation that she does not exist that hits you as soon as you wake up may be the most intense feeling i ever had.
Tyler Sanders
Just use caffeine at most 2 times a week and never more than 100mg. No downside at all to that and you will still feel the boost.
>dreams about nice things I almost exclusively have nightmares, usually about fleeing the law. The non-nightmares are still weird chaotic neutral woke
Ian Long
I usually have nightmares too, it's just the dreams I've had about this girl have been nice.
Hunter Kelly
>whos still in? I know we're on day 4 but I'm joining. I'm sick of these panic attacks, sleeping issues and bloating (actual bloating, not meme tier shit, to the point where its causing back pain)
>addicts often come up with meme studies financed by cocacola and jews to defend their junk because they cant quit. Been well aware of this too, I've quit and come right back a few times now. Its ridiculous seeing the articles that come up about the benefits of it when people don't actually realise/admit the downsides, or just think of it as aging
I workout 3 days a week and take caffeine pills about every third workout and drink very little of it otherwise. This works welder not let me build up a tolerance but still be able to get a nice boost every few gym days
