Good example of a guy with high, and forward cheekbones but flat zygomatic arches.
It is almost impossible, you pretty much cannot have good eyes without good cheekbones and thus you will have a bad face, it is also more or less essential for a good, angular skull shape, without cheekbones you look potato (see: Paul Giamatti)

Sunken face is not mandatory, that is an effect of the ratio of cheekbone to jaw width and body fat percentage. You do however want somewhat of an S-curve to your face or else you will look potato. Paul Giamatti is an extreme example since his cheekbones are literally smaller than his jaw which makes it look like his head was pinched.
