just make sure you aren't ego lifting and your pelvis is pushing back into bench, don't arch your back and don't lock out at the top. Shoulders is my only lifting group that's truly good.

Easily overhead press, given your 100kg BP ability you should easily be able to do several reps at 60kg on OHP. This should also increase your ability to do strict pull ups. I'd personally use clean and press 4,3,2,1 training in order to achieve this

Ottermode is all insertions, bone structure and low body fat percentage.
Honestly, I think your hips are too wide. Not that your hips are especially wide in any way, just that ottermode is characteristized by small hips+wide shoulders, and there’s not a lot you can do about it.
Perhaps you’d look better with more muscle mass, athletic mode?
Macros? Routine? Level of activity at job?

As a natty, when gaining muscle is your long term goal, and you enter into a bulk, you have to be prepared to carry a little bit more fluff than you may be happy about. Such is life.

I basically lift 100lb bags of concrete and various sizes of wood into people's trucks everyday for 8 hours a day 4-5 days a week outside of that I don't workout. I eat about 2500 calories a day

Love handles are the hardest fat to get rid of. They also come back as your bf reaches a certain point.

And for what I did,
Got down to around 230-240 and then hit it hard for about 2.5 months
30-60 min cardio 6 days a week running PHAT with PSMF diet (for the most part) shit load of different supps, fasted cardio, would fast about 30 hours once every 2-3 weeks
