I guess yeah, but really it's an amateur version of windshield wipers

i just do leg raises lying on the floor. i hate all other ab exercises

I lifted weight and i never got abs. Then i started doing some core workouts and pushups every night before sleep and within a month i had an 6 pack, which slowly became an 8 pack.

It takes less than 10 minutes every night and you will never lose them unless you eat like a pig.

Hanging leg raises
Ab roller/wheel
Pushups

Pic related, my abs not even flexed

>hanging leg raises
>heavy side bends
>landmine twists

There you go. Now as long as the rest of your body isn't weak people will have a lot of trouble knocking you off center.

i fucking love farmers walks

1. Pic related.
2. Planks.
3. Hanging leg raises.

That's it if you're isolating abs, but I can feel mine exploding when doing squats, diddlies, OHP, even rows.

kthxbye

ask ur mum fgt

My knees hurt and I'm too weak/don't have the flexibility to do them standing.

brb

Missionary sex is basically a plank and drugs will make you lose weight. Good advice actually.

Are hanging knee raises just leg raises for people who are too fat / weak to raise their whole legs? Also, how should I do them - one after the other or holding at the top for a few seconds?

You pretty much have to pause at the top, otherwise you'll swing all over the place.

This
Hang therapy is great

>he needs 6 (six) different exercises to hit abs
Laughing_girls.jpg

>hanging leg raises
>heavy compounds
>chin ups or pull ups

I never had DOMS in my abs as bad as I had them after I didnt do pull ups for a while and decided to do high volume on them. If you go all the way down while maintaining a straight body you are in for quite the intense ab exercise.

This. Cable crunches are severely underrated. They're the best. People over-think abs so much, as if you need a dozen variations on a crunch.

Hmm I've been doing it with a controlled descent but I guess I probably am still using momentum to cheat a bit. But holding it for 30 seconds or whatever isn't necessary? Seems like that's just doing a plank in midair.

your own bodyweight limits how much you can do on those, they're for fatties

Can hanging leg raises help fix an anterior pelvic tilt?

bump for answer

Fuck off for answer.

nice lighting, fagg0r

Probably. Sounds like something training abs in general would help fixing.

>implying anyone on Jow Forums tries to take pics of their body in bad lighting
