2 months of cut, lost around 4-5kg. 180cm 75kg now. Stopped progressing on all lifts, I feel weak and I don't really see much of a difference. Planning to go down to 70kg and lean bulk from there.

I had been doing kind of ppxpplx, basically, I had been training each muscle group 2 times a week, except for legs, but recently I've been lifting 3-4 times a week, something like ppxplxx. Too much work and going outs to train more.

Dyel by Jow Forums‘s standards but went into town for the first time in ages and I looked big compared to everyone else. Tried on some shorts as well, my legs now don’t fit in the proper waist size for me, I have to go up 4” on my waist for my legs to fit, which leaves the waist fucked.

Yeah I've been focusing on incline a lot lately, 205x5 usually but that being said I do love weighted dips usually add 90 for sets of 10 depending on the day
