Yes but fitting the amount of volume in that is needed to grow is almost impossible training the muscle multiple times a week. Just go enjoy your trip. Make a commitment to work out 20 minutes per day. Jog, sprints, or a body weight circuit.

Don't try to plan it, because then when your plans have to change you'll feel like you messed it up. You're going to lose a lot of strength initially, but it will come back much more quickly than it would for somebody who had not had your strength levels previously.
