Clean Bulk a meme?

Are clean bulks a meme? So far I’m eating all healthy stuff like oats, rice, meats, bananas, almonds.
But I want to add ice cream since it’s hot outside, it’s $5 for 2 tubs, and it’s delicious. Thoughts on incorporating ice cream? It’s only 1 “dirty” item.

ice cream is a retarded thing to eat at all times. You can have one once in a while if you want, you can't 'incorporate ice cream into your bulk' unless you're eating like 10k calories a day or something and it just doesnt matter

How so? Getting fat is inevitable on a bulk, so it shouldn’t really matter if one source or calories is ice cream. It’s not like it’s fast food or full of sodium.

Please elaborate on why you can’t add ice cream on a bulk? It can be a quick an easy 150-200 calories which is only less than a cup

"Clean" bulking is a meme because a natural man would be eating a lean diet of protein, organ meat, and fat. You'd be gradually building muscle and strength your entirely life as a young man. Its very unnatural to go from being skinny fat or obese to fit.
So you want to be "clean" it generally means you eat way too much protein to bulk up, or you eat a major deficit to lean down while still trying to make minor strength gains.

Eat right from the beginning, or face the reality of requiring carbs to bulk over a shorter period.

Clean bulking doesn’t mean eating clean only. It means you’re not eating everything in sight in order to get big. It means you’re keeping track of your macros and eating 300-500 calories above maintenance to ensure that most of what you gained is muscle and not fat. Idk how people can eat that many calories worth of “clean” food everyday. Eat whatever but make sure most of your choices are healthy but if you want to eat pizza and ice cream make sure you’re accounting for it and not going way over your maintenance without realizing it.

You're completely missing the point. Fibre slows the rate at which your body absorbs the sugar. Refined sugar goes straight into the blood and causes energy highs and lows. The lack of fibre also means you will want to eat more of it. Then you'll overload the blood sugar levels in your system and it'll more than likely go to your fat storage.

It's the same thing with low-GI vs high-GI foods.

Back to my point, sugar is sugar. Eating fruit doesn't necessarily mean you can eat all the fruit you want. Everything in moderation. There will always be consequences for eating anything in excess.

Eventually the people that make it realize you have to either bulk for at least 6m at a time at +1000kcal or more then cut or start pinning.

I got this one friend irl that cant figure out why he cant gain weight. Guy is trying to bulk on rice and chicken and other dumb shit. I told him every postworkout sit yourself in front of the tv with a large pizza drenched in olive oil and smash that shit with a quart of whole milk. Bulking is way harder than cutting. Try to eat 4200+ on a budget, its fucking awful.
