How can I stay healthy and energetic into my old years?

You know the work you're doing to stay healthy now?

Keep doing that.

.me too, I'm almost 27 now.....

train hard, sleep well , eat healthy

I'm only 20 and wondering if I'm doing enough, family has a history of blood pressure and diabetes and man it's fucking scary
I don't want to end up as some old shit dependant on eating 15 pills a day like so many people I know

turning 26 this year and i am way more energetic than i have ever been

Ironically you'll have to eat 15 pills a day of vitamins and supplements if you want peak healthiness.

>all these 26- and 27-year-old boomers
get off my Jow Forums

And start injecting testosterone in your 40's

I remember when I turned 30. I thought it was the end of the world.
I also remember when I found the first grey hair; I literally got depressed for a while over it.

Here I am at 53 and I'll tell you: the whole 'aging' thing is largely a species-wide *meme* perpetuated by a pervasive Crab Mentality; older people who won't go to the effort to maintain themselves are made to feel bad by their peers who do make the effort, so some of them will try to discourage them from bettering themselves so they aren't alone in their state of decay.

The best thing you can do is to adopt a *lifestyle* of being physically active and not succumb to peer pressure to become sedentary, become fat weak and diseased. I can tell you it gets more difficult as you get older, your recovery time gets longer, but it's been proven by studies and research that you don't have to get fat and weak and suffer the degenerative diseases of 'old age' if you're willing to continue serving yourself physically with exercise and activity. The key to this is to NEVER STOP in the first place; allowing yourself to get fat and weak puts you so far below the curve that at some point it becomes almost impossible to get ahead of it again.

>he hasn't been on Jow Forums since 2006
Newfags get out plz

Same here. Let’s make 27 a good one

The year 2000 was a mistake.

T-that's not true you pharma shill.

regardless if it's true or not 15 pills you can go a week without that aren't all that expensive is far better than expensive pills you're literally dependant on for life

If you take these every day it doesn't even matter what you eat so long as you get enough basic macros and enough fiber.

You sure about that?

Yep. Been taking these for about the last 15 years, and in the few times I've run out of them and couldn't afford them, after about a month of not taking them I can feel my energy level go down, my brain gets fuzzy, and recovery from training takes longer. If you're training constantly and training hard these will support that better than any other vitamin/mineral supplements I've ever used. Don't knock 'em until you've tried 'em, and yes I'll shamelessly shill these because they're that good.
