Ideally you would have a developed social life and subsequently go to a plethora of social events where available women can be found in abundance. Considering, however, you spend your time here, I'd take that isn't the case. So really there isn't much you can do other than try to meet people on your job or pay hookers.
My recommendation - learn daygame, it has a steep learning curve but it pays dividends and doesn't require a social circle

Just stand out, ask questions, and have a story that you can fall back on. I also highly recommend you study everything that they are into. For example most artsy girls are vegans, listen to Brockhampton, and Tyler. You don't even have to know it very well you just have to know it good enough that they can feel like they have things in common with you. If you want to fuck the girls just take the long term approach and cheat on them with other girls you find from different meetups. You can have 5 girls at once and put them on rotation with this method. Imagine having a vegan girl, a "gamer girl", and a sports girl. WOW! No, firstly I look average. I am not LARPing, I would say I don't get a number 2/3 of the times I approach, but because I consistently do it I am successful (even then that's just the beginning and by no means a guarantee that anything will happen).
My aesthetics do not play a role whatsoever. As in they do help, for some people - I'm not one of them. I look presentable, but that's it. For Jow Forums standards I'm builtfat. But my main selling points are my education, sense of humour, charisma and my willingness to put myself out there.
If I was LARPing to boost my ego I wouldn't ever be willing to accept my negative points. I'm just saying that it's a good alternative than the shit options society presents you with. Daygame is not a magic solution, but it is a better tool than most other things.
