Just get a gf that can cook?

>can't cook
I don't know why but I just get pissed when I hear people say this.

Cooking isn't rocket science. It's easy as shit if you just fucking try it. Watch some cooking shows and do what they do. You "might" fuck a couple things up a few times, but you learn, just like everything else in life.

There are these magic things called "recipes" all over the internet. If you can read, you can cook. Unless you're the clumsiest retard on the planet, you can cook.

you have to be retarded to not be able to cook for yourself, get your shit together faggot

Get the ham, not the chicken. Chicken you're paying for bones and fat and skin. Ham you get a big slab of meat

I would recommend cooking and not being a fag

Get pic related. Buy chicken breasts. Cut them down the middle to speed up the cooking process. Put oil in a bowl, dab chicken in it. Put the season on the shit and cook it until it ain't pink. Very simple process, not gonna win any awards but it is easy to eat.

I hate all forms of vegetables, so I blend spinach and fruit juice together to make a smoothie to knock out two birds with one stone.

For carbs put cinnamon on sweet potatoes and caramelize the shit. Its top tier, even if you hate sweet potatoes give it a go lad you might change your mind.

Just look up recipe videos on youtube. Also, I have a few decent vague guidelines I can give you:

>for thicc soups, use lowfat cream cheese in the broth
>for Asian-style soups, use fish sauce, onions sauce, your choice of herbs, and a bit of sesame oil
>always use either chives, garlic, and parsley or a fuckton of your favorite pepper and some lemon pepper with chicken
>use garlic, sea salt, and black pepper on your beef
>pork gives you the big gay, why would you even eat pork
>Use lemon and chopped cilantro with salmon
>baking potatoes is usually easier and less fatty than roasting them, but roasting them isn't that much worse and it's much more rewarding
>when cooking potatoes, leave a few smaller chunks in the pan so you can bite into them to see if they're done
>when making smoothies, plain greek yogurt bakes a bomb smoothie into a Hiroshima smoothie
>runny eggs are for fucking orcs, cook them all the way until a few of the egg chunks have crispy spots on them. add chives and cilantro

This honesty you don’t need to have good tasting food either. Food doesn’t need to taste good food is fuel for exercise

I'd rather not eat cardboard. Make chicken curry and eat it with rice. x10 better
delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a54696/easy-indian-chicken-curry-recipe/

If you can read, you can cook. It's as simple as that.

Same but it just annoys me when people say they cannot eat bland food as an excuse for eating shitty food

Damn dude just watch some meal prep/shopping vids from big guys. They usually cut out the bullshit trendy "le cooking so ez!" shit.

Protip: buy a rice cooker. 1:2 rice:water

buy frozen food from trader joe’s
all the asian chicken shit they have is really good + easy

Learn to stir fry. Literally just throw chopped up random shit in a pan w small amount of oil and cook it till it's not raw.

If something comes out too cooked, put it in a minute or two later next time. Too raw, minute or two earlier.

Only caveat is potatos take a long time, cook them like 5 or 10mins before anything else. And I always cook chicken separate so its done then throw it w veggies. But for everything else, just wing it.

Then add Sriracha if it doesn't taste right. But pretty much every veggie/meat combo is p good

dude, just put some onion and garlic on the god damn meat.
watch some cooking videos from youtube

Whaddya mean you can't cook? Stop being a fucking tard

1) think of something you would like to eat/look up a meal

right, lets say..spaghetti

2) look at the recipe on the internet

allrecipes.com/recipe/158140/spaghetti-sauce-with-ground-beef/

3) go to the shop, buy ingredients

4) follow the recipe

5) repeat

You can literally watch videos, with recipes underneath on youtube
you spanner.

Don't buy costco chicken. They lose money every time they cook one.

Runny eggs are awesome. Only avoid them if your immune system is compromised

If you cant cook a totally basic meal of meat and veg then just off yourself champ

Runny eggs with bacon and or breakfast potatoes are god tier.

Just heat up food mate, it's piss easy. Experiment with stuff to see what you like. Sometimes you'll cook something shit but then you just don't cook it again. Just make sure you learn from your experience and mistakes.

This
The sooner you start seeing food as just fuel for your gainz the better off you are

I usually just buy big pieces of meat and make pot roast. I just throw shit into a pressure cooker and it comes out amazing everytime. It has your carbs, protein and fat in one.

if you're a lazy kang like me you can make your diet consist of basic shit that does not need to be cooked but aren't overpriced because they're basic shit.

I can blend whole milk and oats in a shake for 1 meal. Eat 1-2 cups of shelled sunflower seeds for a different meal, have 4 eggs for some other meal. Microwave a burger (2 minutes on 1 side, 1 minute on the other side) and put it on bread with cheese, etc.

Not joking btw

Hey OP, I was in the same boat as you a couple of years back.
Subscribe to a recipe delivery service. I recommend Blue Apron. I shopped around and Blue Apron was panned by most people I talked with because their recipes were more complex. Well guess what? That's exactly what you want. My ex got Hello Fresh and that's like babby's first recipe it's so ridiculously simple. Blue Apron is pretty much on the other end with most of theirs. Expect to spend an hour or so from start to finish each time, especially at the beginning when you have no clue what you're doing.
I got them every week for two months, then weaned myself off of them over time as I got more confident making up my own recipes, shopping for all the ingredients, planning the meals for the week, etc. I cancelled about 6 months ago now and I feel I can throw together any meal I want as long as I can get the ingredients and I have the necessary kitchenware.

>no beer can
PLEB

What the fuck is wrong with you?

Just doing whatever it takes- to some extent

Attached: oneScoopMotherFucker.jpg (696x928, 134K)

you literally just throw a bunch of meat and vegetables into a pan on medium heat and wa la

Eggs are some of the easiest things to cook. Whole wheat pasta, steak, chicken, rice, all easy as fuck. Get your shit together nigger

just keep cooking until you figure it out, or get a gf/mom to teach you

There is no excuse for not being able to cobble together healthy tasty food in the age of YouTube. Absolutely none unless you are L I T E R A L L Y retarded. Legally speaking.

Just google [food you want to eat] easy recipe. and follow along on youtube.

>can't cook
How about you stop being a bitch

I'm tempted to do that sunflower seed shit.
Sunflower-pill me on that, brother.

I'm not going to post any health benefits. Fuck all that shit, I don't care and you can google it anyway. Main concern is it's a good source of fiber, has protein in it, and it's a good source of fat.

ifsbulk.com/wholesale-sunflower-seeds

is where I got my shit from btw. The oats I've been ordering off of Amazon for years but that site sells them as well.

Or find pic related, get a slow cooker, put a whole packet on a pound and a half of boneless skinless chicken thighs, slow cook for 5 hours. That's 3 servings of chicken for less than $5 that taste great.

Thanks, that site has a nutrition section.
Seems decent protein, and that fiber looks great. It's a bit much fat, although that goes for any nut.

Could be amazing for snack potential, though.
Thanks! That bulk price looks great too.

> It's a bit much fat,

Overall calories in the context of your whole diet is more important than the actual fat content. And most people eat way more protein than needed to maintain their muscle mass let alone gain more. Thank supplement pushers for that.

Please don't vote or reproduce if you're too lazy to follow basic instructions.
>put this meat in the oven for X minutes and X temperature
>cook this meat on the stovetop for X minutes at X heat on each side
>roast these veggies for X minutes at X heat
Literally all you have to do in order to make good tasting meals. Qts are always impressed even by guys who can make simple meals too.

this except i cook my veggies in the same pan after the chicken.

You do know that fat gives more calories per gram than either protein or carbohydrates, right? That's why the fat in this case is of concern.

I know that fat isn't the evil bogeyman. But I do know that it's the quickest and easiest way to go over your calorie limit for the day.

well aware m8

> I know that fat isn't the evil bogeyman.
Good man

youtube basics with babish

>tfw didn't have time for breakfast or lunch and spent like $30 on Korean noodles and dumplings for dinner

Jajangmyeon is my fucking kryptonite.

Just watch lots of random videos on youtube and try to cook you will learn eventually, you will make lots of mistakes but you'll get some skills over time.
Basically learn to cook by cooking and getting tips from other sources, trying different things.
To do this all you really need to know is how cooked does the food have to be to be safe to eat.

>Just get a gf
