fermented veggies are good (ferment yourself), meat has to be mostly raw, otherwise you'll get deficient.
also organs >>> muscle meat.
chicken is shit-tier meat. way too lean and full of hormones. you also don't need salt, because the blood in raw meat is a little salty.

I've *heard* positive things. I'm still skeptical. Wondering if anyone here has tried this type of diet. I'm curious to try it myself for 2 weeks, then I want to get blood work done and see what's improved or what's lacking. I've heard the all meat diet can reduce depression and it eliminates that tired groggy feeling you get when you wake up in the morning. Apparently you also won't get those "crashes" throughout the day and you'll constantly feel energized and ready to go.

Like I said, I'm skeptical on the diet. But curious to give it a try. If it works as good as they say it does, then why not adapt that diet forever?

I did it for about six months, just stopped recently. Prior to doing so, I did a cyclical ketogenic diet with a weekly cheat meal that was still very heavy on meat, basically just meat and protein shakes in water.

I found that without the weekly cheat meal and the lack of extremely lean protein to keep myself full, I would gorge on meat and eggs non-stop and I eventually just got fat. I saw no benefit to switching from keto to carnivore, so I'm back on keto and already leaning out.

Thinking I might try this too desu, but with lamb instead of chicken. Just to see what happens.

Beef is the best meat to use.

Try and see how long you can go, you'll probably be bored real soon. I guess it's doable but you'll probably have cheat days, which is fine
