>"can't do them on the same day"
Who told you that?

Do them on Friday before your hypertrophy shit

Monday, first exercise of the week.

Saturday, since Sunday is the rest day.
I know it makes zero fucking sense in terms of your routine but if your deadlifting any reasonable weight it will fuck u up. Just do hypertrophy chest/arms on friday, two upper days in a row won't blunt ur gains like some retards on this board will believe.

What do you’ve guys think about doing them Saturday after all the chest and arms hyper stuff?

Heavy upper you mong

who is she again?

>I just wanna diddly and squat heavy but I can’t do them on the same day ;_;

Why can't you?

you don't put it anywhere. It's a dangerous lift that fucks up your lower back and gives you a bulky unaesthetic waist

Rotate squat and deadlift with goodmornings. Also switch Tuesday and Friday.

This. Or Tuesday with a Wed rest day. Or whatever your PHAT program tells you.

I'm not even pulling considerable weight yetbut when I added "heavy" deadlifts I was shocked at how spent I felt the next day. I'm not even talking about DOMs, it was almost like I had a cold or something.

For me it worked best with arms and/or shoulders
Did squats, abs, etc on a different day

This. Squats and deadlifts are complete meme exercises that will make you a fat t-rex and then injure you.

Sunday

Just do rack pulls. All the benefits of a deadlift without risk of injury. Takes the legs out of it, you have a leg day already.

>he does PHAT
now you fucked up

Incorporate more back extensions into your exercise patterns. At least 3x8, and don't over-extend. They help, and don't rush them. Slow and controlled movements.

I second this. Doing deads before I squat helps my hip drive so much. Probably because they are primed by being prime movers.

>user's hips are divine entities which created the universe without being created themselves

Squats are non negotiable.
Deadlifts are arguable but they're so wonderfull for strength i wouldnt skip them.

>Monday: Hypertrophy Chest and Arms
>Tuesday: cardio
>Wednesday: Hypertrophy Chest, back and Arms
>Thursday: rest
>Friday: Hypertrophy Chest, back and Arms

>Sunday: rest

the tipping is strong in this one
