I have gotten into the habit of going out for fast food as a late night snack. In general I feel like I get hungry at night no matter how much or little I ate that day.

I ate at those places plenty of times and my shit has always been solid. Some people have weak stomachs.
The only time where my shit was a literal shitstorm is when I ate whole pack of chips, some penuts, yogurt and plenty of soda in one evening. Next morning was hell of a ride. Thankfully those days are behind me though

I usually don't get the shits from fast food joints.

Just starting to recover from the weekend. Went to a party on Saturday, ate a lot, drank a lot, then ordered pizza Sunday and shawarma yesterday on top of a normal lunch.
I was doing so great, down 35 kg when I weighed myself on Friday.
I probably haven’t gained much, it’s just a bit hard getting back to OMAD. Managed it today but still ate like shit for my meal.

If you were to stand on the scale for 24 hours and take the lowest scale number, and compare it to 9 days ago's lowest number from within the same time frame, I'm sure you'd find the results closer to expectation. The body varies in weight and you can't really control those variables. Account for everything you can when weighing in, ignore the rest, and have faith in your diet.

900 isn't nearly a big enough deficit to interfere with his TDEE unless he's like 4'5"

Not a neet or legbeard. I'm in traditional relationship with my bf whom I live with. He has military benefits and is doing night classes to be an aviation mechanic. Down to 358 since just with diet and walking. Last thursday was first day at gym. So far its been awesome, its a small bodybuilder gym. Made a friend with a bikini bodybuilder Stacy that is crazy sweet and was so helpful with teaching me lifting. I fucking love it now. At 352lbs today since starting. The soreness and sweat soaked clothes makes me so satisfied. I am now only 38lbs from having lost 100lbs and it's given me so much motivation. My bf has been a fat ass lately, bringing home bags of fast food and fucking bakery sale shit. It pissed me off so much that I went to the gym on my rest day to get out of our place and away from him. Got my frustration out on my lifting routine. Went to failure for the first time and it was orgasmic. I legit love the gym. I wish i can just go every day. I'm finally doing domething with my life. I'm not dying from obesity. My new gym is so great and have met encouraging positive people there. I've lurked Jow Forums a while but only this week actually got into lifting. Feels like home. I want to strive to be fit and healthy therefore sexy. I've never been sexy. Always just a waste of a pretty face. The bikini bodybuilder friend I made is stoked at my enthusiasm and she's taught me her booty gains routines

People generally don't care about you in gym as long as you use the equipment properly, aren't distracting, put the equipement back to its place/state and clean after yourself.

Dieting is so easy now that I prep my meals a week ahead of time. Time for lunch, pop a container of prepared food in the microwave and enjoy. So much more filling than junk food as well.
