Not sure beyond it's close to twenty but not exactly twenty.

My goal is closer to 15.

somewhere in the 20-24%. i want to get to 12%

I got access to some kind of foot-scanning machine at Uni that told me I was at 11, which seemed low, but I suppose it's also because I have no muscle whatsoever.

currently 14%
want to drop to 11%

face gets all sunk in and skelly lookin' tho.

26%, I wish I could go down to 5%. Is it even possible to do if my diet consists of everything and I'm simply counting calories like the sticky says?

this is so different from other ones that get posted here. some have chubby guys at 15%, others only have chub at 20%... we have videos of people being scanned on camera showing 7% results WITH A DOCTOR RIGHT THERE (Kinobody, Snake Juice guy) that look higher than some 12% charts... this whole BF thing is insane.

I'd like to think that I'm currently hovering around 18%. Not sure what my goal actually is, but I'll just keep going until I don't feel fat anymore. I seems to actually have lost loads of weight off my legs for some reason, but more belly and love handles has to go.

by that picture probably 24%
I can't see myself going below 15% anytime soon

Just so you guys know complete nutrition does inspot body scans for free so you can figure out your body fat percentage with them. It’s not perfect but I think it’s good enough all things considered

But it is worth noting that body fat percentage is infinitely more useful when it comes to understanding your fitness goals. Shit like BMI is so unreliable because of how different our bodies can be, even if we are the same height and weight.

If I'm going by the visual comparison of this pic, I think I'm floating on the higher end of the 10-14%.

Ideally I'd like to be sitting around the 10-12% as that should be easy enough to maintain. Though currently, it seems the 10-15% is definitely easy to maintain as I think I've been stuck on it for the past year.

35%, need to get down to 25%.
Dont care about having abs but id like to fit into my old clothes.

Those machines are wildly inaccurate

Whats mine %? I want to lose more fat yet, like 5 kg more

guy in the 5-9% pic is like 15%. fuck off lol

How do I even find out lol

I dont know anymore. my fat distribution is weird. i lost like 3 kg (after the initial 20kg) and did not change at all. until someone told me my legs looked skinnier.
what would my current BF% be by Jow Forums expert standards?
i am guessing 14%? i dotn have that much muscle, i want to lose my tits before bulking but with the way my body loses fat those will probably go last.
so goal bf% is like 10%? maybe push it to 9%.
weight 68
length 175

i would like some estimates so i know how much longer this hell must continue before i can do my first bulk

By the Navy formula I went from 28% to 22% in a year
I'd be happy to hit 15% by the end of 2018.

19
goal is to get big

>current
27
>goal
at least 15

I believe I'm finally down to 17%-ish

I'm aiming for at least 15% so I can finally bulk and not make my dad think I'm the Big Gay every time we have a barbeque

12?

Yes

About 15 % but you don't have any muscles so bulk to 18 %, train for 6 months at that bodyfat then see if it's enough and maybe cut to 10 for next summer.

Belly & tits of 30-34% but no side fat hanging like the guy on pic.
What's wrong with me

going by OP's pic for reference I would estimate I'm 10-14%.
I'd like to either maintain or drop to 6 or 7% while increasing muscle mass.

Probably around 15? Hard to tell.
Goal is to have abs show clearly without having to flex, and for gut to stop sagging.

16ish still cutting till about 14
