You're not eating enough per meal and I can tell without even looking at the calories. If you're going to have 3 meals, they better be >1000 cal BIG meals. Breakfast and lunch were like appetizers, and you need to be eating entres for large meals like breakfast and lunch. You have to stop eating like an inactive skinny guy if you want to be a big muscular active guy. Breakfast could be 4 eggs (280cal) on 2 bagels ( 400cal) with 500ml milk (320cal) + toppings and other low calorie shit like veggies (total ~1200cal).
Lunch was some bread and fucking fish my dude; that's like a snack. Make yourself 2 reasonably large sandwiches with mayo, and lots of meat and veggies. Or have a large bowl of oatmeal made with milk (800 cal) for breakfast and then do the egg sandwiches for lunch.
Your dinner is good, though there's not a lot of fat. Basically, have some meat, some carbs, and some veggies, and a glass of milk and you're more/less set.

if you have a tall glass of milk (500ml) with each meal you'll be getting ~1000cal from milk alone. That would solve your problem right there, but I'd encourage you to learn to develop the appetite you'll need to sustain a heavier bodyweight, vs becoming dependent on milk for calories.
