As someone who has recently gone through a divorce with someone I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with, it became clear. Losing love will motivate you to find love again. It's easy to be a lazy slob who hates themselves when they've never experience love; knowing what its like will only help you strive to experience it again. Your pics are good inspiration for me user. I have different fat distribution than you but I didn't think I could get down to 165 at 6ft. I was aiming for about 180 but I will try to see how low I can go.

It really varies. I mostly follow a cal in vs cal out diet. I try to stick to healthier non processed food. I work out a solid 5 times a week with a mix of weights and cardio. A typical week looks like:

Sun: Chest/Bi
Monday: 45 min outdoor run
Tuesday: Back/Legs
Wednesday:Off or brisk 20 min walk
Thursday: 25 min of HIIT
Friday: Shoulders and Tri
Sat: Off

Diet? Cardio?

Diet: mostly clean, but honestly I just focus on calories in vs calories out. I also do IF, but that’s really more because I don’t care for breakfast. I’ve been on a roughly 500 cal deficit a day.

Cardio: 3 times a week. 2 steady state runs and one HIIT session. Sometimes my second steady state run is substituted for a brisk walk. When lifting, I generally focus on intensity. I typically rest 30-45 seconds between sets and I’m in and out of the gym in under 40 mins.

Do you feel better

I feel like a new person. It’s like a huge burden has been removed from my life, both mentally and physically. I’m still highly motivated towards my goals.
