That is wrong. Even if your levels where 400 and you added another 500 that would put you up at 900 and even that would not yield more gains. You need to triple your fucking levels for it to be really beneficial

This is not how test levels are measured.

Blood levels on 8 weeks 500mg test will come out to anywhere between 3000-4000 if your gear is right. This is well outside of the normal range for any person. I know you’re an American cause you clearly have no idea what the metric system or a half-life is.

Reminder that there has been no evidence that higher natural test levels is correlated with increased muscle growth

B) If it's for insurance reasons just say you've been having trouble gaining muscle or putting on weight. Or you've been feeling lethargic or with little sex drive. Or say your dad/brother had his tested and it was low.

I live in Finland and went for the test with same reason as you. At first the nurse was rather suspicious and kept asking my why. I just replied, I want to get them tested just to be sure. I was at 330 two years ago so I guess there's that, I fell for the onion meem and I'm eating one a day. I also have a strict diet, no alcohol and no smoking. I'm planning on dropping some slow carbs for more organic meat/fish/eggs (to reach about 400g/day).
I also don't really lift, I was doing bodyweight for 1.5 year and now started bouldering, it's a lot more fun that any lifting and it corresponds to my kind of goal body, inb4 skeleton climbers.

You can go from 400 to 650-700 by optimizing diet and lifestyle, going to sleep early, being conciously happier, making right food choices, not taking opioids or other drugs.
