Voice gains

How to voice gains? years of weed abuse and being a recluse made me a lazy speaker. I cannot speak in public without having to repeat myself at least once because I'm either mumbling or they can't hear what I'm saying. Makes me really self conscious. Are there any proven exercises that can me a better speaker? I want to have a booming, clear voice.

Diaphragm exercises.

People have always complained about how loud I speak, which makes me feel bad for their ears. Anyways just focues on talking clearer and do not reveal your underlying beta-attitude (Mumbling)

rhetoric class at a local college if you want to actually get good and confident about public speaking

can I emulate it somehow? I don't want to get a job

google says it's a lung exercise? how would that help

well that's what I'm trying to do but how can I do that without having to speak to somebody?

what I meant is when I have to go to public places and speak to someone, like a bank teller, clerks, etc.

>can I emulate it somehow? I don't want to get a job
>I don't want to get a job
what the fuck?
how old are you

don't worry about it, I made lots of money in crypto

No you didn’t

Learning to speak with your diaphragm instead of your chest/throat makes your voice smoother and more resonant.

Additionally, learning to breathe with your diaphragm will improve your core.

I was gonna tell himThat learning to sing helps with voice projection and annunciation but breathing excerises pretty much cover that too.

made 300k

thanks

Not an otherworldy unless u live in 3rd world, invest it

Good for u tho

Just do starting normie, 3Xfail per week of socializing.with strangers, except focus on using a clear voice instead of surpressing autism

This might sound a little bit autistic, but always when I'm alone I speak out loud. I do a kind of commentary on what I'm doing. Another tip is to be more invested in what you're speaking about, even though it might just be a bank teller or a retail person you're talking to, seem invested, actually care about what you're talking about; fake investment and fake care if you really couldn't care less about the topic at hand.

Learn to project your voice more, you have to sound louder but you don't have to Scream
Visualize your voice as something solid that you don't want to keep in your throat, rather shooting it to a target in front of you.
And yes, improve your breathing
When you breath, It shouldn't be just your chest inflating, it starts from the belly and builds up to the chest, then learn to squeeze that air with every word, it should be as if the air is a trampoline bounce off of

Have a conversation with yourself out loud. No one is around so why would you give a shit

Do this every day

I took a few hours with a vocal coach.
Told her, that I'd like to be in control of my voice more - worked out. Try it.

where do i find these strangers to socialize with?

Acting classes. I took those when I was a teen and now I am not afraid even of speaking for more than a hundred people.

He took steroids

did you take these from a college/university based course?

or from an independent person/studio?

Join a singing group. You'll build strength, control and confidence in your voice. Also brain gains t. someone who sends dementia/parkinsons patients to singing groups for those very reasons.
