Well first of all people, not just men but usually, notice when they receive things while giving nothing or less back.
If you give too much without receiving anything back you have to tell it asap. This doesn't mean you should count the favors you gave and received but if you feel like there's something out of balance speak it up. If he still won't give back as much as he receives, you'll have to slow yourself down so he has to take responsibilities (might get you into arguments but still better than always giving and never receiving). Now that he knows some of the many things you do for him you can start doing what he had to do for you again but reminding him that he has to do something too 'cause you're doing him favors to show your love to him. If he doesn't do the same, he might not love you enough to try to keep you. This doesn't mean he has to treat you as a princess 24/7 but at least show his affection by doing nice things just as you do.
And one last thing. While speaking it up please don't play the martyr, who's doing everything and receiving nothing unless it's one of these very very rare cases where it's true. Discuss like adults what you both are doing for your relationship and each other and what you expect from each other. That's the only way to make progress.
